The ADHD Studio is a community created by Dusty Chipura and Kristy Powers to foster dialogue, connection and growth for people with ADHD. Within this community you will find your niche; there are subgroups for people working in tech, solo momtrepreneurs, pregnant folks, LGBTQ2SiA folks, students, and everyone in between!
We would like to acknowledge that our work takes place on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Sumas First Nations, Matsqui First Nations (both part of the Stό:lō Nation), as well as the Semiahmoo, Katzie, Kwikwetlem, Kwantlen, Musqueam, Qayqayt, Tsleil Waututh and Tsawwassen First Nations. The Indigenous people of these Nations have lived on this land for 10,000 years. It is for this reason that we acknowledge the traditional territory in which we reside.
We would further like to acknowledge that in the ADHD Studio, we further uphold and uplift the voices of all BIPOC people and are committed to the work of dismantling white supremacy in all its forms.
In this space, you can expect to find resources, support, inspiration, accountability, acceptance and friendship. Classes, workshops, and guest speakers will be announced on a regular basis and body doubling sessions are an ongoing feature.
Here's a testimonial from a client:
"It’s so easy to say something is a “life changer”. Cronuts are a life-changer, priority boarding is a life-changer. But Dusty and her ADHD coaching group are genuinely life changing. Dusty does an amazing job digging deep into the excuses we all make for ourselves. Not just the “why don’t you get this done” excuses but also the “why do you doubt your own brilliance excuses”. Then she helps make actually actionable plans that clears closets and tramples to-do’s. All of this wrapped up in a positive attitude complete with theme songs and prize wheels.
I personally wouldn’t have had the organization or the focus to complete my second book without her. She helped me discover everything that was sapping my energy in my life, and then applied a system to reduce a mountain of problems into manageable molehills. Without these invisible distractions weighing on me, I had the means to take on a big nebulous task that benefited my entire non-profit.
If you want to get as much done as you dream you could, join this collective. Sports teams have coaches, orchestras have conductors, we have Dusty and the ADHD Studio."
